CLEANING FEE: A cleaning fee of €75 will be added to each booking.
DEPOSITS: A deposit of 25% of the total of the rental fee is due when making your reservation. The balance will be due 45 days before arrival. For last minute reservations of 29 days or less before your arrival date, the total cost of the rental is payable with your reservation. A key and property deposit of €150 in cash is required upon arrival and will be refunded with surrender of the keys and certification that the property is in good order upon departure.

- Cancellations received within 1 week before arrival date or after the arrival date: 100% of rental.
- No refund can be made of any insurance premiums
